The Character of Christ
"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross!" Philipians 2:5-8

They will catch you in their hands so that you will not hit your foot on a rock.’” Jesus answered him, “It also says in the Scriptures, Do not test the Lord your God.” Then the devil led Jesus to the top of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. The devil said, “If you will bow down and worship me, I will give you all these things.” Jesus said to the devil, “Go away from me. SAINTS ARE CONFORMED TO
Rom 8:29 "God knew them before he made the world, and he decided that they would be like his Son so that Jesus would be the firstborn of many brothers."
The Bible refers to Jesus in Rev 5:5 as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
Jesus came as a humble and meek lamb to show us the way to salvation through our relationship with Him.
For those who have rejected Him, and who continue to reject, and do not love the truth of His Word when He returns He will be as a man of war. "The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name." (Ex 15:3)
The Bible tells us that Christ's return occurs not only in a time of war but involves an aspect of war. He is coming as a conquering King, a General of armies, a Man of war.
However, for those that belong to Him, they will know Him as Lord of Lords and King of Kings. He will eternally be their God and they will be His people. “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor 2:9)
